We collect the information needed to provide OneNod, including account details, workspace settings, files, comments, reviewer identities and approval records.
- Account name, email address and authentication details
- Project files, links, comments and version history
- Reviewer name, access time and decision
- Basic browser and service-usage information
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure and improve OneNod; deliver invitations and reminders; provide support; and maintain an attributable decision record.
Who can see your work
Workspace content is private by default. Members access projects according to permissions. Reviewers access only work shared through their secure review link.
Service providers
Selected hosting, email, payment and monitoring providers may process information only to provide their contracted service.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners control their content. Deleted content may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before permanent removal.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or object to certain processing.
